About Me

With a Master’s Degree in Transpersonal Counseling Psychology and Art Therapy, I bring holistic approaches to therapy that combine modern research with age old wisdom traditions.  I have received advanced post graduate training and certification in the Hakomi Psychotherapuetic Method as well as multiple other modalities that incorporate somatic, trauma informed and mindfulness-based approaches.  I have worked in a diverse range of settings including schools, counseling centers, eating disorder clinics, hospitals, community centers and abroad with NGO’s internationally and currently serve as a teacher for the Hakomi institute.

What has truly brought me to the path of therapist is witnessing first hand the transformative power of mindfulness practice, art making for healing and somatic oriented therapies.  I consider engaging in these practices personally one of the most important aspects of what I do professionally.  I truly love what I do and am deeply honored to witness my clients as they do the sacred work of personal growth.
